Ambrodil Plus Syrup 100ml belongs to the therapeutic classification of Cough and Cold Medicines, Antihistamines and Antiallergics. The primary composition for this medicine is Ambroxol 15 MG, Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 MG, Pseudoephedrine 30 MG /5ML.

Warnings: Hypersensitivity to Ambrodil-Plus RF Syrup is a contraindication. In addition, Ambrodil-Plus RF Syrup should not be used if you have the following conditions: Allergic reactions History of allergy to Ambroxol or Bromhexine Hypersensitivity Hypertension Phaeochromocytoma
Medicine Interaction: If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Ambrodil-Plus RF Syrup may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Ambrodil-Plus RF Syrup may interact with the following drugs and products: Alcohol Antibiotics Antipsychotics Cardiac glycosides Phenytoin Quinidine Sedatives Tricyclic antidepressants

Side Effects: Running nose, tears, gastric irritation and hypersensitivity.
How to Store it: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from light.
Over Dose: When a dose is taken in higher dose than the recommended doses, it is called Overdose. Overdose always needs a clinical supervision. Any medicine or drug when consumed in Overdose produces untoward side effects on one or various organs in the body. A medicine is excreted in the kidney or metabolized in the liver most of the times. This process goes without any hurdles when taken in normal dose, but when taken in an overdose, the body is not able to metabolize it or send it out properly which causes the effects of anoverdose.

Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below. Ask a doctor before use if you have any breathing problems, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating Asthma Avoid alcohol and other sedatives while on this medication Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how this medication affects you Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this drug will affect you Avoid taking this drug too close to bedtime Chronic bronchitis Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Consult doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after 14 days of use Contact doctor immediately if experiencing allergic symptoms to this medication
Missed Dose: In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you notice. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing schedule. Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting an alarm or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your doctor to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
