Cefpara S Injection is used for Bacterial infections, Peritonitis, Intra-abdominal infections, Urinary tract infection, Endometritis, Pelvic inflammatory disease, Septicemia, Skin and soft tissue infection, Respiratory tract infections, Intraabdominal infections and other conditions. Cefpara S Injection may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Cefpara S 500mg/500mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Cefoperazone and Sulbactam. Cefoperazone is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the Activity of Cefoperazone against bacteria.
